1.Viewing

We are proud of our student housing and want you to see this so when ever possible we would like you to see the house. We do this personally as we would like to introduce ourselves and create a personal relationship and answer any queries you may have. we also like to improve things so if you do have any suggestions we are keen to listen

2. Application 

If you are happy with what you see and wish to reserve a room then we would like you to fill out the application form. This is done by 'Docusign' an online signing site. If you are a group than you must do this together to ensure it is let as a whole. We require a holding fee of one weeks rent this holding fee will be refunded within 60 days of the commencement of the tenancy

3. Contracts

When we have received your application, (or in the case of a group all applications) we will send out the tenancy contract and guarantor contract. Via Docusign...

At which point we will require the retainer money and a post dated cheque for the first months rent.

You must send this back within 14 days or we will re let the property and you will loose your holding deposit

You will need to set up a standing order for the subsequent rents as set out in the contract.

4. Finally... 

Start of the new academic year ( or before by arrangement) we will welcome you to your house. Parents are welcome too....

We like to take you round and show you where everything is and explain how things work, also to ensure you are happy with the house....hand over the keys and.........
